Lady Cavanaugh could never find anyone who would change her colostomy bag even though she was rich and offered financial compensation. Even her only son wouldn't do it and in her decrepit state she would be forced to fend for herself. The son did want her money though and on the day she died he anxiously awaited the reading of her will.
At the reading he became enraged upon learning that she had left all of her money to the Toots for Tots Charity Foundation that benefited children who suffered from bowel ailments.
